The Caribbean Association of Probation and Parole (CAPP), founded in 2024, is a regional organization that unites probation and parole services from across the Caribbean. CAPP is positioning itself to usher in significant changes in the regional criminal justice system, with a focus on reducing crime, improving citizen security, and fostering collaboration among Caribbean nations.


To empower probation and parole professionals through advocacy, training, and research, thereby enhancing their role in reducing recidivism and fostering safer, more inclusive communities.
