The Caribbean Association of Probation and Parole (CAPP) Conference is the premier event dedicated to advancing community corrections, rehabilitation, and public safety across the Caribbean. The 3rd Annual CAPP Conference takes place from 2 to 4 September 2026 in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, under the theme “Leveraging Probation, Parole and Rehabilitation as effective crime-reduction strategies in the Caribbean.” Organisers expect between 100 and 150 attendees, including directors, managers, probation and parole officers, correctional staff, counsellors, psychologists, juvenile justice professionals, behavioural and mental health professionals, law enforcement officials, prosecutors, and judicial officers.
