The 4th Annual Caribbean Association of Probation and Parole Conference takes place in Tobago from 15 to 17 September 2027, hosted by the Tobago House of Assembly, Division of Community Development and Social Protection, with support from Tobago Beyond.

The handover was announced on the closing day of the 3rd Annual Conference in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, where delegates from across the region gathered under the theme "Leveraging Probation, Parole, and Rehabilitation as Effective Crime-Fighting Strategies in the Caribbean."

The conference will once again convene probation and parole practitioners, policymakers and researchers from across the Caribbean to share best practices, strengthen regional partnerships and advance community corrections across member territories.
